Fashion and health will become partners on March 26 when the American Red Cross of Western New York and Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA team up for a combination blood drive and complementary hands-only CPR sessions. The blood drive is scheduled from 1 to 6 p.m., and the two half-hour CPR sessions will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the mall, 1900 Military Road, Town of Niagara.
March is Red Cross Month, during which the organization honors the commitment of its volunteers and blood and platelet donors.
“We’re encouraging donors of all blood types to make a positive impact in March by scheduling and keeping their donation appointments as the blood drives play a vital role in helping area hospitals combat the ongoing blood supply shortage, including those within the Buffalo and Niagara Falls region,” said Red Cross representative MaryBeth Hall.
