India scheduled one match as ICC announce warm-up fixtures | ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, 2024

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the warm-up fixtures for the 2024 T20 World Cup in the West Indies and USA. The warm-up matches will run from 27 May to June 1 in Texas, Florida and Trinidad and Tobago. 

There will be a total of 17 warm-up games in this six-day period, including South Africa’s intra-squad match in Florida on May 29. 

India’s only warm-up fixture is scheduled against Bangladesh on June 1 with the venue yet to be announced. 

England and Pakistan, who will clash in a four-match T20I series from May 22 to May 30, are not playing any warm-up matches. New Zealand is the other Test-playing nation that won’t be a part of these warm-up games. South Africa’s intra-squad game will be their only warm-up game. 

Meanwhile, Australia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan will be playing two warm-up games. West Indies and Ireland will play one warm-up fixture each. 

The main event will kick off with the USA and Canada taking on each other in Dallas.
